Short story , 3 days before coming to Instant Auto I was having trouble with dealerships due to my bankruptcy claim that I filed 8 months ago , no dealership was trying to work with me , until I was referred by someone to come to Instant Auto , As soon as I walked in the Process was so fast , I was IMMEDIATELY APPROVED! I honestly don’t know where to start, I was referred to go to Instant Auto Finance to purchase a vehicle, not only was I able to get the Jeep I always wanted, but the actual visit was phenomenal from the initial phone call I placed to Jeanna she was so polite, she immediately asked to see me the next day, she sent follow text we laughed on the phone as if I knew her. When I arrived to my appointment I was introduced to the top sales person Felix Mauricio who treated me with the utmost respect, his customer service was impeccable, he was efficient, effective and excellent my appt. was at 4pm Felix had me in my dream vehicle at 5:20pm with all forms signed, insurance etc. this was by far the BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had.
